Are you wanting/ needing to destress, get clarity, have inner peace, release that which no longer serves your highest good, heal any past traumas, abuses, anything you feel may be "blocking" you energetically. Please have no distractions, wear earbuds/headphones for the best experience to enjoy the music, sound bowls, and ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) These sessions do work as much as you'll allow them to, just like IN person sessions minus the light massage. The conscious breathing, tears, laughter, clarity, and forgiveness are very powerful tools for evolving and growing! Energetic cord cutting is part of it the session to cut any toxic cords you need to free yourself from!
