Some of you knew Fred, aka Mr. Zentastic of Zentastic Wellness! Holistic in Mystic had the pleasure of hosting this amazing human on Sept 30th for National Love People Day! We did not have the event because Fred went into the hospital and well, he has since passed. He left a legacy and an effect on people that I could only dream of doing. In honor of him, Amy Chauvin of BreakFree Breathwork, and myself, are holding an event together that will bring sound, gentle breathing exercises Reiki and healing together as we have done in the past, only this time, Fred will be with us in spirit with his loving energy from beyond the veil helping us add even more love to our amazing event. Join us for a heartfelt evening of connection, and healing as we honor Fred Maerkle with what we are still calling, "Vibrations of Love," on this New Moon in Scorpio for a special sound healing, Reiki energy experience with gentle breathing exercises led by Amy Chauvin of BreakFree Breathwork for grounding. It will be followed by a guided meditation designed to open the heart and deepen our sense of unity with ourselves and each other with the soothing Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments which are all tuned to promote emotional balance, love and inner peace. As harmonic vibrations wash over you, allow your body to release stress, your mind to quiet, and your heart to soften.
