Some of you know Fred, aka Mr. Zentastic of Zentastic Wellness! Holistic in Mystic has the pleasure of hosting this amazing human on Sept 30th for National Love People Day! That's a new one for me but how appropriate! Join us for a heartfelt evening of connection, and healing as we honor National Love People Day with Vibrations of Love, a special sound healing experience designed to open the heart and deepen our sense of unity with ourselves and each other. In this immersive session, you'll be guided into a deep restful state through the soothing Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments which are all tuned to promote emotional balance, love and inner peace. As harmonic vibrations wash over you, allow your body to release stress, your mind to quiet, and your heart to soften. Whether you come alone or with a loved one, this event is a sacred place to reflect, restore, and radiate love-not just to those you know, but to humanity as a whole.
