Reiki sessions are by appointment only. Call or come in ONLY to schedule. You can only heal as much as you'll allow yourself! The more open and receptive you are, the better it will be for you! I am the channel for divine energy. I am "holding space," so-to-speak for your healing to commence. Reiki: Life Force Energy Chakra: Wheel of Light Chakras are non-anatomical in nature. They exist in the energy body known as the ETHERIC BODY, which is the layer of energy closest to the physical body. (Like the layers that surround the Earth for us to live) As we develop our consciousness and refine our sensitivities, we release old stagnant e-motional energy in the form of dreams, memories, and feelings that weigh down our spirit. The more freedom, love, and beauty the spirit experiences, the wider the energy fields become. As we evolve, we become healthier, with more ENERGY available to us for HEALING, CREATIVITY, AND JOY! The state of our Chakras are the vital key to what we think and feel, as well as the accumulated "stuff" from our past. Without adequate amounts of vital energy, we fall to physical and psychological imbalance. All Reiki Sessions include: ASMR Crystals Sound Healing (tuning forks and Crystal Sound Bowls) Massage (upper back/neck/lower arms/hands/feet) (in person only of course) Sessions are: 8:30 am and 6:15 pm by appointment only Special appointments can be made for weekends. Plan on being here at least an hour 15 or longer should you choose the ADD ONS available. You will need a therapy pillow which you can purchase from Holistic in Mystic. No jewelry or you will be asked to remove it (necklaces/dangle earrings/bracelets/rings, etc. obv not wedding bands) NO hoodies or have a Tank or T underneath to enjoy the massage part! Halo Therapy in the new Halo therapy booth will be available soon Virtual healing sessions available also. NO distractions and have some earbuds or headphones to get the full effects of ASMR and Sound healing
