Now is the time to have some self love and destress from the pressures the Holiday season can bring. This is not an easy time for many, so I am here to give you some of the love and healing you deserve. The Winter Solstice celebrates the presence of spirit and the power of faith. It is a hope that our visions of the future will come into manifestation. This time of year is a reminder of the immense power we have within us. It is a time for rebirth, renewal and the return of the light. Being still is like built up energy waiting to be released as we enter into the new year. It marks the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun. It represents the gradual waning of daylight hours is also reversed and begins to grow again. Come join a magical, destressing, calming, and healing evening with us as we embark on another musical, enchanting journey during this time that can be very stressful for many. Allow me to take that away and heal your hearts with a specialized guided meditation, Reiki, Sound bath, cord cutting and messages from your loved ones from beyond the veil with a carefully chosen playlist that will lift your spirit. What to bring: Whatever you would like to lie on : pillow, blankets and bring a blanket to cover your body (I have some extras if you forget or need an extra) If you would like a gravity chair, I have one! Just let me know. Eye pillow/mask Journal if you want to Love! Zoe bear will absolutely be around, but she has cataracts now, so please just be patient with her!
