Holistic in Mystic is teaming up with Sara Holliday of "Thyme for Tea," to bring a fun evening of herbs, spices and of course, chocolate! Sara is going to show us all what herbs are good for certain things while tasting her best selling samples throughout the evening. It will be quite the Par-TEA! Everyone will get a piece of chocolate as well! Jars of about a dozen common herbs most people will have heard of such as chamomile, lemon balm, rose, and mint to name a few will be available to choose from. Sara will introduce each herb, let you smell each one and tell you about their properties (good for sinuses, sleep, etc). Once all the herbs are introduced, you will have the opportunity to make your own tea blend using the herbs to take home. Sara provides all the supplies necessary to blend and package your magical teas. So grab your friends and fam and join us for a fun evening. You're sure to be TEA-LIGHTED!
