Dive into your creative side with an evening of painting! Everything will be provided for you! Just bring your amazing self and wear something you don't mind getting paint on! It does happen! We will do a guided Sacral Chakra Meditation to clear the mind so you can focus on channeling your creativity! The Sacral Chakra is about pleasure: doing things for YOU unapologetically and without feeling bad for choosing YOU first. It is about creativity, feeling secure in your own skin, knowing you are worthy of the best of the best! Come for a fun healing evening of good music people and painting! Sometimes we get our e-motions out on the canvas and that is JUST as healing! I have used my painting as a way to channel pent up emotions all my life.
